​Established in the heart of the Okanagan as a specialized academy of Medical Aesthetics, the Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy was born out of a passion for raising the bar of industry standards. Run by Nicola Finch, an industry expert with over 35 years of experience, the Academy specializes in one-on-one training based in a real medi-spa environment, as well as online courses designed for busy lifestyles to enhance any Medical Aesthetics career. You will receive the highest caliber of training on the industry’s most recognizable and trusted equipment. We offer a personal touch on your new journey; first by developing your skills and knowledge, and later a lifelong mentor to guide you in your success as a trained and certified Laser Technician or Medical Aesthetician.​Nicola Finch received her diploma from the esteemed Blanche MacDonald Centre in 1982. Since then, she has advanced her career with numerous certifications and gained industry expertise through owning two Medical Aesthetics clinics in Vancouver. She currently has a private medi-spa in the beautiful Okanagan where she runs her own school now: the Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy.​With 35+ years of experience, Nicola has gained an impeccable professional reputation for providing the best care to her clients, and as a skilled and trusted teacher to her students. Her greatest pride is seeing Academy students graduate to embark on a fulfilling, successful career in Medical Aesthetics.

She’s had the privilege of teaching Aesthetics at the Canadian Institute of Natural Health and Healing, as well as worked with the Okanagan College to better the standards of professionalism in Laser Aesthetics. Nicola is also on the Advisory Board Committee for Okanagan College’s Esthetics Department.
